How we work with buyers abroad
We are a small company. We do not have a sales network in your country — we have the product and the willingness to answer. This page says what we can do, and what has to be checked before anyone signs anything.
From first email to shipment

Your enquiry
Species, quantity, destination country and timing. Three lines in your own language are enough — we handle the translation.

Feasibility check
Before we talk about price we check two things: that the seed exists, and that it can be shipped to your country. Skipping the second one is what wastes everybody's time.

Documentation and sample
Technical data sheet and analysis certificate for the available lot. If useful, a sample up to 1 kg for your own laboratory testing.

Offer
Price, packaging, container load, Incoterms, lead time and payment terms. In writing, not over the phone.

Shipment
Goods prepared, documents issued, collection arranged. We keep you posted on dates: the phytosanitary certificate has its own lead time and has to be planned.

Which countries we can ship to
Within the European Union movement is straightforward and no customs formalities are needed. Outside the Union it depends on the country: every destination has its own rules on admitted species, registered varieties, treatments and quarantine weeds.
We do not publish a country list, because it would be out of date the next day, and a wrong list is worse than no list. We check feasibility together with your forwarder and the plant health service, before making an offer.
Tell us the country in your first email
It is the single piece of information that saves the most time for both sides. If a destination is not workable we will say so straight away, rather than finding out with the goods already packed.
What we supply with the goods
The standard set. If your importer needs more, they can be added — we just need to know in advance.
- Lot analysis certificate
- Phytosanitary certificate, where the destination requires it
- Certification label, for certified seed
- Packing list with net and gross weights per package
- Commercial invoice
- Certificate of origin, on request, through the Chamber of Commerce
Write in your own language
We answer in Italian and the system translates. Three lines with species, quantity and country are enough to start — we take care of the rest.
